EMS Federation — Inheritance, Suspension, and Revocation
I. Principle of Inheritance
Inheritance within the EMS Federation is constitutional, not discretionary.
A domain inherits standing, legitimacy, and continuity solely through verified lineage to the EMS Canon via recognized processor paths.
Inheritance is not granted.
It is maintained.
II. Conditions of Valid Inheritance
Maintains verifiable fidelity to its declared inheritance line.
Preserves canonical structure without unauthorized modification.
Sustains legibility of authority, obligation, and processor alignment.
Complies with Federation boundary and admissibility requirements.
Inheritance is continuous only under continuous compliance.
III. Suspension of Inheritance
Inheritance may be suspended when:
• lineage fidelity becomes unverifiable,
• canonical structure is obscured or compromised, or
• boundary or admissibility violations remain unresolved.
Suspension is a protective state.
It halts inheritance and escalation without erasing prior standing.
During suspension:
• no new authority may be asserted,
• no transitions may inherit continuity, and
• no expansion of scope is permitted.
IV. Revocation of Inheritance
Revocation is the permanent removal of inheritance and standing within the Federation.
Revocation occurs when:
• canonical violations are confirmed and unremedied,
• lineage is deliberately falsified or substituted, or
• authority is asserted outside constitutional scope.
Revocation terminates all rights of continuity, succession, and legitimacy under the EMS Federation.
V. Process and Authority
Suspension and revocation are constitutional acts, not managerial decisions.
They may be initiated only through designated Federation processors and must be:
• observable,
• auditable, and
• recorded.
No domain may unilaterally suspend or revoke another domain’s inheritance.
VI. Restoration and Reinstatement
Suspended inheritance may be reinstated upon:
• verified restoration of lineage fidelity, and
• resolution of all outstanding boundary or structural violations.
Revoked inheritance may not be reinstated absent explicit constitutional amendment.
Invariant Sentence
Within the EMS Federation, inheritance persists only through continuous lineage fidelity; suspension halts continuity without erasure, and revocation permanently terminates legitimacy absent constitutional restoration.
