HARAN INTAKE

Provisional Custody at the Crossroads

The object enters provisional custody for examination without severance from origin or destination.‍

‍Here, an object leaves ordinary passage and enters examination. Its arrival state is fixed at Base Zero; its origin, custody, and intended direction remain attached.

Haran neither admits nor rejects. It holds the path open while the object becomes legible.

From Haran, the object proceeds to Dogana for classification, to Basecell for reparation, or onward under a disposition preserved in Registro.

Intake is not judgment.
A pause is not a destination.
The road must remain recoverable.

ANTI-DRIFT LOCK

The lock does not prevent transformation. It fixes the reference against which transformation is measured.

Variation remains admissible while identity, orientation, custody, and governing relations remain intact.

When a change exceeds the permitted envelope, passage stops pending examination, reorientation, or repair.
